Over a half-day session, learners will explore the importance of mental health in the workplace, gain an understanding of common issues such as stress and low mood, and develop the confidence to start supportive conversations with colleagues.
The Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace course is ideal for raising awareness across teams and encouraging a more open, understanding workplace culture. It’s designed for all staff, regardless of role or experience.
Learners must be at least 14 years old on the first day of training. There are no formal entry requirements, although it is recommended that learners have a basic level of literacy to fully benefit from the course.
There is no formal assessment and no expiry date for this course. Learners will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion.
