  1. Day 1: Online e-learning module to refresh theoretical knowledge. Learners can complete this at their convenience, covering key first aid principles.
  2. Day 2: Classroom-based, trainer-led session focusing on practical first aid skills such as CPR, defibrillation, and emergency response techniques.

  • Ofqual-regulated qualification (Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work – RQF).
  • Certificate valid for 3 years.
  • Meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
