The Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification designed for those who have a specific responsibility at work, to provide first aid in a range of emergency first aid situations. It is also ideal for people who have a specific responsibility to provide basic first aid in voluntary and community activities.
This one day course based in both Southampton and Swansea is the perfect way to get your staff qualified for the more specialist side of Emergency First Aid.
Learners must be at least 14 years old on the first day of the training and be able to perform practical tasks at floor level. There are no other formal entry requirements but we strongly recommend that Learners have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy and numeracy or equivalent. Due to the practical nature of this course, Learners should wear appropriate clothing and footwear, e.g. trousers and flat footwear.
This qualification is valid for a period of 3 years. The Learner needs to retake the qualification before the certificate expiry date to remain qualified.
The course can be delivered in person at one of our bases or at a venue of your choosing. In the instance that we provide the training at a location of your choice the fee is subject to change based on the request.
